What is the standard delivery time within Colombo?
We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Colombo city limits. For suburban areas, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
Are the products sold on The Frontrunner Colombo authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that 100% of our inventory is sourced directly from authorized global distributors. Quality and authenticity are our top priorities.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Please note that certain items like innerwear or compression gear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within our standard delivery zones.
How do I know which shoe size to order?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for running shoes to allow for foot expansion during exercise.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. However, we are looking into expanding our delivery services to international customers in the near future.
